A Lake Without Water (Still)

A multi-channel HD video installation exploring aspects of the land surrounding Lake George - a mysterious lake just north of Canberra that is 30km long and shifts every second or third decade from being completely full to completely devoid of water. The lake is also home to the first base-line measurement in Australia, a line by which every piece of property has since been determined.

Kerry Packer Miracle Pikelet

A delicious buttermilk pikelet showing a profile image of the late Kerry Packer exhibited as part of In the Company of the Dead group exhibition at China Heights Gallery yet made available for purchase via an eBay auction.

As listed on eBay

Item Specifics

Condition: Used

Description: Miraculous image of Kerry Packer on a buttermilk pikelet following on from recent spate of religious imagery by Diana Duyser's Virgin Mary Mother of God on a Cheese Toastie, Mother Theresa 'Nun Bun' Cinnamon Roll, 'Our Lady of Coogee' shadowy veiled woman resembling the Virgin Mary, the 'Lady of Guadalupe' Pizza Pan, Ditto Dalcher's 'Jesus Brick', the blessed pastry 'Jesus Pierogi' from Toledo among many others. Kerry Packer's image, though not religious, or a miracle of any sort, is indeed timely as he passed away only recently, on the 26th of December 2005 as the richest man in Australia with an estimated net worth of AUD 6.5 billion (USD 5.4 billion). This delicious buttermilk pikelet uses eggs from organic grain-fed free-range hens with egg whites folded into the batter. This pikelet is sold as is, and packaged in an 8" x 10" white wooden frame. Due to the delicate nature of the object I cannot guarantee the longevity of the pikelet and the purchaser is buying at their own risk.
